The week of April 1, 2025, the NCARC team had the exciting opportunity to attend the TRAC Team meeting in historic Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This important event brought together teams from Regional Child Advocacy Centers across the country, all committed to strengthening support services for children and families.
Throughout the week, teams worked together to plan and prepare training and technical assistance efforts for the upcoming year. These sessions were filled with collaboration, idea sharing, and strategic planning — all aimed at enhancing the resources and support available to child advocacy programs nationwide.
While the days were packed with important work, the NCARC team also made the most of their evenings by exploring the vibrant city of Philadelphia. From historic landmarks to local culture and cuisine, it was a wonderful opportunity to take in new sights and experiences.
Our team returned inspired, energized, and equipped with fresh ideas to continue our mission of advocating for Native children and communities. We are excited to put what we learned into action and to continue building strong, supportive services in the year ahead.
Stay tuned for more updates as we roll out new training and technical assistance opportunities!
